About Me Laska, Your Facilitator

I am a proud grandmother at 53, with a wealth of life experience and a passion for wellness. My journey into mushroom health and sexuality began in my 40s when I was diagnosed with endometriosis—a condition that left me bedridden and very sick for one week each month during my period. Determined to improve my health, especially with my first grandchild on the way, I sought ways to enhance my well-being.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing shutdown marked a turning point for me as Covid gave me the time to reflect on my wellbeing. I embarked on a journey of health, fitness, and mushroom education, discovering the profound benefits these natural products could offer. With over 20 years of experience in the adult novelty industry—spanning home parties, retail, and wholesale – I found a unique intersection between mushroom health and sexuality.

Through my exploration, I realized how integrating mushrooms into my life not only improved my physical health but also positively impacted my relationship with sex, both with myself and others. I strongly advocate for the healing power of combining mushroom health with masturbation, believing it can help one to overcome sexual trauma, anxiety, body shame, and open up new avenues for sexual exploration and positivity.

My passion for sharing my knowledge and experiences aims to empower others to explore and embrace their own journeys towards better health and a fulfilling sexual life.
